Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, here's what you can do:

Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible for Return If:

• Item received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product is unused and in original packaging

Not Eligible:

• Items used or altered
• Items without original packaging
• Sale/discounted items (unless defective)

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
